How do I cancel my BASI Interactive Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

• Log into the BASI Portal
• Go to "BASI Interactive Subscription"
• Select "Billing Information"
• Select "Unsubscribe"

If this option is not available in your Portal account, please contact [e-mail] with "Cancel BASI Interactive" in the subject.
